Jay has been a real estate investor--both buying and selling residential & commercial property since 1982. As such, he is familiar with 1031 exchanges and other investment venues.
He was previously a broker in Loveland, Colorado specializing in mountain and commercial properties. He is currently a licensed Texas real estate agent.
Since 1995, Jay has been the owner of South Padre Beach Houses & Condos, Inc., a full service rental and management company, specializing in vacation rentals on South Padre Island.
